Delete your data

You can ask us to delete the personal information Lumessa holds about you, including any data we accessed from your Instagram account.

How to request deletion

Email hello@lumessa.au with the subject "Data deletion request" from the email address you signed up with (or include your Instagram handle so we can locate your record). We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What we delete

We delete the personal information associated with your account — your application details (name, email, Instagram handle, suburb, follower range, content focus) and any metrics we derived from your connected Instagram account (such as your follower count, engagement, and local-audience score). We may retain a minimal record where the law requires it.

Revoke Instagram access

To immediately stop Lumessa from accessing your Instagram data, remove our app from Instagram → Settings and privacy → Apps and websites → remove Lumessa. This revokes our access going forward; email us as above to also delete data we have already stored.
